Special Instructions:
Use paper towels for washing your face during the first two weeks.

First 10 Days:
Treat the piercing 3-4 times a day, as well as after washing your face and using facial cosmetics, with a 0.9% sodium chloride solution (saline), pre-softening any crusts.
Rinse the piercing with clean water after using saline.

Important:
Replace the jewelry with shorter ones after 4 weeks!

Do Not:
Do not sleep on the piercing.
Do not remove or move the jewelry.

Prohibited for a Month:
Sauna, tanning bed, swimming pool, swimming in open water, use of scrubs, peels, and facial massage.

Special Instructions:
At home, replace your pillowcase with a clean one.

Do not use alcohol-based mouth rinses.

During Swelling (3-7 Days):
Avoid acidic, spicy, overly salty/sweet, hard food, and alcohol.

First 10 Days:
Inside:
Rinse your mouth with clean water after eating.
Outside:
Treat the piercing 3-4 times a day, as well as after washing your hair and using facial cosmetics, with a 0.9% sodium chloride solution (saline), pre-softening crusts/removing discharge.
Rinse the piercing with clean water after using saline.

Important:
Replace the jewelry with shorter ones after 4 weeks.
Do not move or remove the jewelry.

Do Not:
Sauna, tanning bed, swimming pool, swimming in open water, use of scrubs, peels, and facial massage.

Remove the compress after 3 hours and wipe with clean water.

First 10 Days:
Treat the piercing 3-4 times a day, as well as after showering and using body cosmetics, with a 0.9% sodium chloride solution (saline), pre-softening any crusts, and cover with a plaster.
Rinse the piercing with clean water after using saline.

Important:
Do not wear jewelry (necklaces) or tight clothing at the piercing site.
Do not move the jewelry.
Visit your piercer for cleaning every 1.5 months.

Prohibited for a Month:
Sauna, tanning bed, swimming pool, swimming in open water, tight synthetic clothing or large lace, scrubs, peels, body massage, loofah sponges.

Remove the compress after 3-4 hours
Rinse with clean water, and do not reapply the compress.
